Who is Ascend Automation?
Ascend Automation Agency is the automation practice of Aaron Melton, founder of Aaron Melton Consulting, LLC. We specialize in streamlined process automation, seamless data integration, and custom internal tools for small businesses.
Most small business owners lose hours every week to manual, repetitive processes. We turn those processes into systems: reliable, documented, and built on infrastructure you control. You focus on customers; the systems handle the busywork. We are based in Canton, Georgia, north of Atlanta, and work with clients across the United States and Canada, mostly remotely.

What if automation is too complex for our team to use?
Then it was built wrong. We design around your team's existing tools and habits, document everything, and hand over systems your staff can actually run. Complexity stays inside the system, not in your team's day.
What if our current systems don't integrate with automation tools?
Almost everything integrates. Modern platforms expose APIs, and where a native connector doesn't exist we build the bridge in Python or JavaScript. Integration feasibility is one of the first things we verify in discovery, before you commit to a build.
How can we be sure automation will actually save us time and money?
You measure it before you build it. That is exactly what our readiness assessment is for: it identifies where the hours go, what they cost, and which automations pay back fastest. We recommend against automating anything that doesn't clear that bar.
Will automation be too expensive for our budget?
